Product designing as per the customer’s requirement or as per the given sample, concept,     drawing or model.

Mould designing (assembly & part designing)including CNC programming.

Complete Mould making(Including Core-cavity CNC machining)Up to 850T Machine In-house     capacity and above with the help of outsource help.

Trial and Establishment of mould at customer’s place. After sales and services of the mould. Modification and Maintenance of existing Injection moulds. Designing of product modification in existing sample or drawing. Modifying or maintaining the existing mould parts. Trial and Establishment of mould at customer’s place.

Job work of any machining part specially core- cavity- electrodes-cams , special purpose jigs and fixtures etc. in CNC machine up to 850T machine mould in-house capacity and above can be made by help of outsourcing.

Additionally taking job work for product molding up to limited production Other than Plastic Injection moulds, the same for Rubber moulds, Press tools or any other special purpose jobs can also manufactured at our establishment.

Teams with vast experience for Trouble shooting at Customer’s place and also help in the supplier for approval of their moulds as third party inspection and establishment.
